This policy explains what personal information Cosmetic Zone Hub collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to everything you do on :/.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and – if you choose to give it – your email address. Email is optional; we ask for it only so we can send order updates.
When you contact us we keep the message you send and the details you include with it, so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
We also collect anonymous usage counts: how many pages were viewed and which products were looked at. These are aggregate totals only. We do not store your IP address, your browser details or anything that identifies you personally for this purpose.
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order – pack it, deliver it and collect payment.
- To support you – answer questions and resolve problems with an order.
- To improve the store – understand which products people are interested in.
Who we share it with
We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your parcel. That is the only reason we pass your details to anyone, and we share only what the courier needs.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Payment
Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. We never ask for card or bank details on this website, and we do not store payment information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your shopping bag working between pages, and a single session cookie that records that you have visited so our visit counter does not count you twice. You can block cookies in your browser, but the shopping bag will stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for our accounting and warranty obligations. Contact messages are kept while they are useful for supporting you. Usage counts are aggregated daily and automatically deleted after 60 days.
Your choices
