Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from Cosmetic Zone Hub at :/. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we accept it and dispatch it. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and cancel that item — you pay nothing for it.

We may cancel an order if we cannot verify the delivery address or phone number, if the address is outside our delivery area, or if we suspect the order is fraudulent.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm your order.

We work hard to keep prices and product details accurate. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm or cancel.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier where possible.

Products

We sell genuine, sealed products. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real product depending on your display.

Cosmetic and grooming products are not medicines. Always read the label, patch-test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, check with a healthcare professional first.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
