We deliver across Pakistan.
Delivery charges
A flat delivery charge applies to each order and is shown before you confirm. Orders over Rs 3,000 are delivered free.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days for major cities and 3–6 working days elsewhere.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather and courier backlogs can add time.
Tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the courier we will share the tracking details on the number you ordered with. You can also ask us any time on WhatsApp at 0335-4331026.
Cash on Delivery
You pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please check that the packaging is sealed and undamaged before you pay. If the parcel looks tampered with, you may refuse it — tell us the same day so we can investigate.
Wrong or incomplete address
Couriers usually attempt delivery more than once. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable on the phone number given, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
